Description
The Moss Stippled Dewdrop Glass Bauble is defined by its softly tapered form and finely textured surface, offering a more decorative alternative to a smooth traditional bauble. The stippled detailing adds depth across the glass, while the translucent moss green finish allows light to pass through and softly emphasise the colour.
Lightweight and easy to hang, it works well on Christmas trees, decorative branches, wreaths and other suspended arrangements.
As each glass bauble is individually handcrafted, subtle variations in shape, texture, colour and finish are to be expected. Photography, lighting and individual screen settings may also affect how the moss green tone appears.
Styling Inspiration
Hang the Moss Stippled Dewdrop Glass Bauble amongst natural greenery for a softly layered Christmas display, or combine it with Veridian and Clear Stippled Dewdrop Glass Baubles to introduce variation in colour while repeating the same textured form. Its muted green colouring works particularly well alongside timber, natural jute, aged metals and warm neutral textiles.
The elongated dewdrop shape also lends itself to wreaths and decorative branches, where several pieces can be suspended at different heights for a more relaxed arrangement.
How It's Made
Each bauble is individually mouth-blown by skilled artisans in India using traditional glass-making techniques before being given its distinctive stippled surface. The hand-finished texture adds subtle variation across the glass and helps catch and diffuse surrounding light.
Because each decoration is formed and finished by hand, small differences in shape, texture and finish naturally occur from one piece to another, giving every bauble its own character.
Care Instructions
Handle carefully and avoid dropping or knocking the glass against hard surfaces. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Store securely when not in use, ideally wrapped or separated from other hard decorations to help protect the textured glass surface.
