All orders are sent out by either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce via a tracked method direct from our warehouse here in Gloucestershire.
In a rush? We also offer next working day delivery from £3.95 as long as your order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be sent out Monday for delivery Tuesday. Please take into account Bank Holidays
We do our best to send out every order correctly and on time, however next day delivery is not guaranteed, and no compensation will be offered for late deliveries. We will refund any next day delivery cost.

Our Courier (Parcelforce or DPD) deliver Monday-Friday as standard. Therefore all orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered the next Monday. They may deliver your parcel at the weekend if sent out on a Friday however this is not guaranteed. It is a very poor time keeper - microadjustments result in no change or massive changes - several minutes per week. It also seems to accelerate during the week and slow down later. Very expensive for this level of performance.
This is the frist time I have ever written a negative report.
This is a lovely looking clock and it keeps good time but one of the chimes doesn't resonate properly, it's a dink instead of a dong and it's driving us around the twist. We had hoped it would improve through use, but it hasn't.
We've already sent one clock back to Arthur Cameron which was refunded and we bought this one, our second choice, from them instead. The thought of having to send this back to Germany under the guarantee fills us with dread but the thought of having to listen to this for the next 30 years fills us with horror, even more.
Our local clock repairer is snowed under for the next three months so we're waiting for a new chime set to arrive which we hope will resolve the issue. In the meantime, the chimes are turned off.
However, the whole experience of buying a Hermle clock from Arthur Cameron has been a nightmare. We'll never do it again.
