Description
The Clear Dewdrop Glass Garland features a series of translucent glass droplets arranged along natural jute twine. Each droplet has a softly tapered, non-uniform form, while the clear finish allows surrounding light and colour to pass through the glass, creating a subtle reflective effect.
Its flexible length makes it easy to drape across mantelpieces, shelves and mirrors, or weave through decorative branches, greenery and seasonal displays.
As each glass droplet is individually made by hand, variations in shape, size, clarity and finish are to be expected. Photography, lighting and surrounding colours may also influence how the glass appears.
Styling Inspiration
Drape the Clear Dewdrop Glass Garland across a mantelpiece, shelf or mirror, or arrange it through decorative branches and foliage to introduce a light-catching detail. Its transparent finish pairs easily with natural timber, greenery, candles, aged metals and other glass decorations.
For Christmas, weave it through a tree, festive garland or table arrangement, or combine it with the Moss and Veridian Dewdrop Glass Garlands for a layered tonal display.
How It's Made
Each glass droplet is individually mouth-blown by skilled artisans in India using traditional glass-making techniques before being arranged along natural jute twine. The hand-blown process creates subtle differences between individual droplets, so no two pieces are completely uniform in shape or finish.
Care Instructions
Handle the glass droplets carefully and avoid dropping or knocking them against hard surfaces. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep the jute twine away from excessive moisture.
Store carefully when not in use to help prevent the glass droplets from knocking together or becoming tangled.
